Ingredients:
- 4 cups of flour (560 g)
- 1¼ tablespoons of baking powder (12.5 g)
- 1½ cups of butter (300 g)
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup
- 5 eggs (250g)
- 1 cup of milk (240ml)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (15 ml)
- 1 vanilla pod
Preparation:
- Sift the flour with the baking powder.
- Cream the butter with the agave syrup for 20 minutes or until fluffy.
- Add the eggs one by one, continuing to beat.
- Add the flour alternating with the milk, the extract and the inside of the vanilla pod.
- Pour into the mold and bake the pancake at 180 °C for 40 minutes or until cooked and lightly golden. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before unmolding it.
