Vanilla Panque

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of flour (560 g)
  • 1¼ tablespoons of baking powder (12.5 g)
  • 1½ cups of butter (300 g)
  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 5 eggs (250g)
  • 1 cup of milk (240ml)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (15 ml)
  • 1 vanilla pod

Preparation:

  1. Sift the flour with the baking powder.
  2. Cream the butter with the agave syrup for 20 minutes or until fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one by one, continuing to beat.
  4. Add the flour alternating with the milk, the extract and the inside of the vanilla pod.
  5. Pour into the mold and bake the pancake at 180 °C for 40 minutes or until cooked and lightly golden. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before unmolding it.
