Strawberry vinaigrette

Vinagreta de fresa

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr of strawberries in pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of agave honey
  • 125 ml of balsamic white vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

  • To make the strawberry vinaigrette, we begin by crushing the strawberries with the Agave Syrup until obtaining a fine purée.
  • We add the vinegar.
  • We let rest for an hour.
  • Strain all the preparation through a fine sieve and store in the fridge in an airtight jar.
  • In the cold it will keep for a week to ten days.
  • In a bowl, mix the strawberry vinegar and salt.
  • Add the olive oil a little bit until the vinaigrette is obtained.
  • We reserve in a jar or kitchen bottle.
